项目组合管理(Project Portfolio Management)作为美国项目管理协会推出的针对项目决策管理与多项目管理的实践标准，是面向企业高层管理者和项目组合管理专业人士的标准，已经在全球领*的500强公司得到了广泛的应用。在国内，项目组合管理目前仅仅还是初步认知的水平，但随着推广的深入，将会得到越来越多企业的认可，用来指导在复杂的企业经营环境中，如何通过项目组合管理来实现企业战略方向和商业价值最大化，组合管理是组织中高层管理者的核心技能。
